Who handles your data
The data controller is Tenuta Corvina, Strada della Torre 1684, Pontinia (LT), Italy. For any request about your data you can write to the estate's email address.
What we collect
Only what you write in the request form: name, email address, telephone number if you leave one, type of event, indicative date, number of guests and your message. The site uses no profiling cookies and does not measure the traffic of its visitors.
Why we use it
To answer your request and, if you wish, to organise the event. We use it for nothing else and pass it to no one.
For how long
As long as it takes to answer you and to handle the event, if there is one.
Cookies and tracking tools
The site saves one technical entry in your browser, called tc-consenso, which remembers for six months the choice you made in the cookie bar: it profiles nobody and cannot be turned off, because it is what spares you the same question on every page. Today the site uses no third party service at all: no data leaves your browser towards anyone. If the site ever uses a third party service, you will be asked again: the choice made today does not cover services that do not exist today. If your browser runs JavaScript, you can change your mind at any time with the Cookie preferences command at the foot of every page; if it does not, the site saves nothing in your browser; the request form still works by opening your mail program. Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, receive it in a readable format or object to the processing. Write to the estate. If you believe something is wrong, you may contact the Italian data protection authority.
To be completed with the owners
- the company name and VAT number of the controller
- a data protection officer, if there is one
- the exact retention periods
- the outside suppliers that process data for the estate (catering, planner, mail service)
